Donna Sardone
Donna is a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage, and has been in practice since 2015. She enjoys offering massage treatments that are focused on stress relief, relaxation, and calming the nervous system. She has found throughout her years of practice (and living) that relieving chronic stress significantly helps with chronic pain. She always aims to meet clients wherever they are in their healing paths. Donna's style of massage tends to combine flowing Swedish with slow and mindful myofascial release/connective tissue therapy, as well as trigger point work when necessary. She also draws from her training in Lomi Lomi, a Hawaiian style of bodywork, as well as Reflexology. Other interests of Donna's include hospice volunteer work, gardening, yoga, hiking, and running, as well as spending time with her loved ones and animals.

Barbara Hall
Barbara Hall has been a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years, beginning her training at CNI College in Orange, CA. A member of NCBTMB and the American Massage Council, Barbara is committed to professional excellence. She specializes in hot stone massage, using it for both deep therapeutic work and ultimate relaxation. With continuing education in prenatal massage, IASTM with Smart Tools, and RockTape kinesiology taping, her goal is always for clients to leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply connected to their bodies. Outside of massage, Barbara is a multimedia artist working with watercolor, stained glass, and crystal jewelry. She enjoys nature, time with her husband and dogs, and volunteering.
