Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage sessions are tailored to your specific needs that day. This can mean a massage totally dedicated to relaxation and stress relief, a deep tissue massage focused on targeted pain relief, or a combination of the two.

Aromatherapy Massage
An aromatherapy massage is just like our tailored-to-you therapeutic massage, but it also includes the addition of your choice of essential oil applied during your session, as well as hot towels on your neck, chest, hands and feet. A treatment both healing and relaxing.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stones will be used in addition to traditional therapeutic massage techniques. Hot stones are relaxing and functional; warming and relaxing the muscle to achieve deep pressure in less time, with less pain. (Plus they feel soo nice).

Prenatal Massage
Therapeutic massage for expecting mothers can be so helpful relieving stress on your changing body, and relaxation for your busy mind. Our practice uses a specific prenatal "pillow" allowing you to lay on your stomach (if you wish!) for the most comfortable experience possible.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is an ancient practice that addresses blockages in the flow of energy through channels within the body. This is a fully clothed massage that incorporates therapeutic stretching, compressions and assisted yoga postures to bring balance back into the body.

Lomilomi
Lomilomi is a holistic, heart-centered style of bodywork originating from Hawaii. There are several styles of Lomilomi, including temple-style, which emphasizes flowing, rhythmic strokes often using the forearms. The work is intended to mimic the waves of the ocean, with varying pace, and the therapist moves fluidly across and around the body, offering deep relaxation. The pressure can vary from gentle to deep, depending on the clients' needs. Typically the client is draped in a way that allows access to all four quadrants of the body, however, draping can and will always be adjusted to the client's needs/comfort.
